Methodology
The methodology of this project is divided into two basic stages that where developed over two years. The first phase includes the problem definition, the initial exploration and delineation of the reaches and limitations to develop the project. With this information was subsequently elaborated the feasibility study that includes a review of the site and historical research, as diverse analysis of natural and built environment and its infrastructure.
With all this in conjunction with socio-cultural analysis, a diagnostic was obtained in a preliminary way to establish the strategy and action lines, defining strategic projects to develop in the next phase of the project.
The second stage includes the preparation of the Master Plan and the development of various strategic projects stated above. Include architectural projects including heritage conservation, urban landscape of the localities involved, road engineering projects, topography and infrastructure projects, graphic identity design, street furniture and signage, market studies, legal studies, environmental studies and projects, and broadcast projects and promotion and management of the greenway.
